Police were called to the 5400-block of Brydon Crescent late on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, where they found a person in medical distress. The person has been shot and did not survive. IHIT has taken charge of the investigation and held a brief press conference Wednesday afternoon. A person had been shot in the same complex on May 16 but the injuries were not life-threatening.
