An injured red-tailed hawk was found in January 2026 and cared for at the OWL rehabilitation facility before being released back into the wild in the Brookswood area in August 2026. He was dubbed Alan after the actor Alan Alda who played Hawkeye on MASH, by the local woman who found him. She was there when he was set free.
