Dog walker rescues injured hawk

A Langley woman and her dog, Cinder, encountered an injured red-tail hawk on Sunday, Jan. 11, 2026, on the Surrey/Langley border and waited in the rain until a raptor rehabilitation organization could take it for treatment.
