The Christmas Revelers (from left to right) Anthony Fehr, Jenny Andersen, Amy Newman and Alex Crabtree, sang carols at the Junction Shopping Centre on Saturday. The Vancouver-based group, which Newman has ben running for the past 25 years, was hired to sing as part of the Holiday Nostalgia Tour kick-off event. However, the event was eventually cancelled when Mission Council decided to dissolve Tourism Mission as part of the planned 2025 budget cuts. The Revelers were already booked and performed for visitors at the shopping centre anyway.
