Tour de Valley cyclists raising funds for cancer research and families who have been affected by cancer arrived in White Rock in the morning of Sept. 21, visiting Peace Arch Elementary, St. John Paul II Academy , the White Rock RCMP detachment, and a drive-by at White Rock Elementary, before returning to their ride.
