BC SPCA, parks rescue, then reunite baby eagle in Victoria park

On Friday (July 4), a young eaglet was found on the ground in Beacon Hill Park. With the help of Victoria parks staff, a local bird expert and the team at BC SPCA Wild ARC, the eaglet was safely rescued and returned to its nesting tree.
