Aldergrove firefighter Mark Butterworth, accompanied by a few fellow firefighters and friends from the gym, climbed the Grouse Grind Sunday as a fundraiser for the Langley Memorial Hospital Foundation. The money, more than $3,600 raised, is earmarked for mental health. He made the climb in full firefighter turnout gear that weighs more than 70 pounds.
