Victoria experiment makes the case for reuseables

While eating takeout, centre cohorts were inspired by a paper fork and embarked on a project to determine how “compostable” cutlery issued by eateries in the area is actually able to break down using backyard methods, such as the passive cold system that relies on natural decomposition. Kayla Siefried can’t even say “compostable plastic” without throwing up air quotes.
