Open houses were held Tuesday, June 11, 2024, at the fire halls in Otter, Aldergrove, Murrayville, and Brookswood. The Fort Langley, Willoughby, and Walnut Grove hall open houses are Wednesday, June 12. BC Ambulance Service members and RCMP attended some of the open houses which gave the public chance to meet firefighters and other emergency personnel in a non-emergency setting and learn about their equipment as well as about fire safety.
