Chilliwack farmer Bill Shoker posted video of himself riding his tractor down Highway 1 in Surrey on Nov. 25, 2023, in what he says was part of anti-SOGI 123 protest. Video taken in the area by onlookers shows police later chasing down the tractor, ending with it toppling on its side.
