NANAIMO - Three and a half years after Makayla Chang was found murdered, Steven Michael Bacon faces a charge of first-degree murder. Bacon made an appearance in court in Nanaimo Sept. 18, Afterwards, Kerry Chang, Makayla's father, spoke to the media.
