NANAIMO - PacificSport Vancouver Island held its fourth annual Active For Life Expo at Maffeo Sutton Park in Nanaimo on May 25. Among the attendees, Solly Macys, from Nanaimo Kettlebell Club, who talked about, and gave a demonstration on, proper kettlebell technique.
