Thirteen-year-old William Dolan is using music to spread a positive message about equality and diversity. The Langford resident recently released his first single "Cadillac," which sheds light on black history, making references to Martin Luther King Jr., Barak Obama, Rosa Parks, and Malala Yousafzai, among others.
