Free salmon, entertainment and families activities were offered at the National Indigenous Peoples Day event at Maffeo Sutton Park, June 21.
The event was hosted by Nanaimo Aboriginal Centre, Mid Island Metis Nation and Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Vancouver Island.
