NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh says this Parliament is not toxic or dysfunctional and there is no need to have an election until the pandemic is well over. Singh says if Prime Minister Justin Trudeau calls an early election later this summer it won't be about Canadians, it will be a cynical grab for total power.
