After roughly one week scouring wreckage in 40 degree heat, Penticton Fire Chief Larry Watkinson and his adorable sidekick, Sam the disaster dog, are back from the Bahamas. The pair joined the search and rescue team of firefighters from Burnaby who were deployed to Great Abaco, part of the Abaco Islands in the Bahamas, which was recently decimated by Hurricane Dorian.
