The 2019 Quality Foods Sand Sculpting Competition and Exhibition is on display again as part of Parksville's Beach Festival. Elite sand sculptors from Russia, Belgium, Japan, Mexico, the Netherlands, Belgium and Canada participated this year. The competition is an official qualifier for the World Championships in Sand Sculpting!
