Cowpuccino's cafe in Prince Rupert's Cow Bay has been using steam from their espresso machine to make "eggpresso" eggs for almost 20 years. Owner/operator Judson Rowse said they started using the machine because they wanted to add eggs to their breakfast options, but didn't have enough space.
