Cloverdale student and violinist Da-Wei Chan plays an excerpt of Bruch's Violin Concerto No. 1, accompanied by his mother, pianist Wendy Chan. Da-Wei, 11, will perform the piece with the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra on Feb. 28.
