When asked how he felt about a theft from his restaurant in the early hours of Dec. 7, Kevin Kwong shrugged his shoulders.
Kwong has owned Kan Yon Restaurant for 27 years and has experienced many break ins and thefts from his restaurant over the years. The theives didn't make off with much this time, they only took a till with $5 change in it.
