Alex Levroff, Chef at Chase Winery, teaches us how to make a delicious beet and arugula salad while he tells us why he signed up for the Fork And Spoon Fundraiser. Alex is one of the chefs participating in the Fork And Spoon Fundraiser taking place October 13. 9 course meal featuring 9 chefs from around the Okanagan, who are making their dishes using only food bank supplies.
