Kai Koroll, Executive Chef at 50th Parallel Estate Winery, tell us why he finds this initiative so important, what it means for him to give back to the community and also how to make a delicious heirloom tomato salad. Kai is one of the chefs participating in the Fork And Spoon Fundraiser taking place October 13. 9 course meal featuring 9 chefs from around the Okanagan, who are making their dishes using only food bank supplies.
