A Pomeranian pup is back home with his mom and dad in Langley now, after being found in Fort Langley three years after he disappeared. There's some who think he might have spent the past several years as a stud in a puppy mill. Regardless, his parents are glad to have him back home thanks to the fact that Langley Animal Protection Society found a microchip, ran it, and was able to track them down.
