Box2Fit launches yoga program for those with Parkinson's Disease

Cloverdale's Box2Fit gym has launched a yoga program for those with Parkinson's Disease. It will complement the gym's Punch Out Parkinson's program, which is a boxing program that is also tailored for those living with Parkinson's. The gym is also working to create an in-house yoga studio, which will offer yoga programs to the community.
