First Nation artist donates sculpture to Park Reserve

Tla-o-qui-aht artist Hjalmer Wenstob donated a roughly three-metre high orca fin statue to the Pacific Rim National Park Reserve during the Pacific Rim Whale Festival's closing ceremonies at the Kwisitis Visitors Centre on Sunday. The statue was carved by local students at workshops held at Wenstob's Cedar House Gallery during the festival.
