The annual open house of the Atchelitz Threshermen's Association welcomed guests on Saturday to walk around the Pioneer Building and the Canora Building and look at the thousands of historical objects on site. Part Heritage BC week celebration and part recognition of the finishing of a Canada 150 Grant, the event toured people through a newly paved indoor vehicle lot made possible by the government grant. In the Canora Building, visitors could also see the giant CNR steamer SS Canora's engine in action. The group's next event is its small engine show on the May long weekend.
