Among the options for families to celebrate this holiday weekend were two local events Saturday with a multitude of activities in Agassiz and Harrison Hot Springs.
Family Fun Day at the Community Recreation and Cultural Centre in Agassiz hosted inflatables, a family art project, face painting and community displays.
And just up the road at the Harrison Memorial Hall there were games, crafts, a Sasquatch scavenger hunt, Science World demonstrations and story-telling from the Chilliwack School of Performing Arts during Harrison Family Fun Day.
