Ponoka Ice Path flooding

Plans to flood a section of the Ponoka Centennial Park into an ice path are underway. Volunteer crews with the Ponoka County East District Fire Department flooded at least 18 times the path with volunteers coming on the weekend to help smooth out and scrape the ice once flooding is complete.
