Canadian Artists Nominated for the 60th Grammy Awards

This year's Grammy Award nominations include Canadian artists Justin Bieber, Alessia Cara, and the late Leonard Cohen. Bieber is up for his vocal contributions to "Despacito," the global hit by Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee. Cara is nominated in the song of the year category for "1-800-273-8255," a song she co-wrote and performs with rapper Logic. Cara also grabbed two other nominations for the best new artist award and the best pop duo and group performance trophy. Cohen is nominated in the best rock performance category and for best American roots performance. Toronto singer Daniel Caesar has a nominations for best R&B performance and best R&B album. Michael Buble and Sarah McLachlan have nominations in the best traditional pop vocal album category.
