On Aug. 17, 2017, the public was able to sample a variety of sweet and savoury dishes made with blackberries at the annual Blackberry Bake-Off in the Langley Demonstration Garden. The Langley Environmental Partners Society hosts the annual event to raise public awareness about Himalayan blackberry as an invasive species.
