Local flagbearer Elizabeth Steeves kicked off the ceremonial Invictus Games flag tour at the Cenotaph at the B.C. Legislature and spoke to the importance of supporting the multi-sport games aimed at helping wounded members of the military to recovery. The Invictus Games takes place Sept. 23-30 in Toronto.
