VERNON: Gym goers and the community are invited down to the Ladies World to Cram the Car - Shawna Sidhu's ride - with donations to the Vernon Women's Transition House Society. Donations are accepted until Saturday, Jan. 21 and for a wish list of items visit the Cram the Car event on Facebook.
